Court Grants Interim Bail to Aroob Jatoi, Wife of YouTuber Ducky Bhai

A sessions court granted interim bail to Aroob Jatoi, wife of YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai. She faces allegations of promoting gambling content online. The court barred law enforcement agencies from arresting her until August 30.
The court also directed Jatoi to cooperate with investigators and join the inquiry process. It further sought a progress report from the investigating officer before the next hearing. Her counsels, Irfan Kalyat and Raja Abdul Rehman Ranjha, represented her during the proceedings.
Meanwhile, a local court extended Ducky Bhai’s physical remand by four more days. He was produced before Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
The NCCIA argued that more time was required for interrogation and evidence collection. Supporting the plea, the government prosecutor also stressed the need for additional investigation. Accepting these arguments, the court extended his custody until August 28.
Ducky Bhai was arrested last week for allegedly promoting online gambling platforms. The case continues to attract widespread attention, as both the YouTuber and his wife face serious legal challenges.
