Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz strongly condemned the attacks from across the Afghan border and praised the armed forces for their powerful response. She said Pakistan’s borders are final and cannot be challenged by any foreign force. During the recent clashes, Pakistan Army destroyed Afghan attackers who tried to create unrest along the frontier. She stated that this response clearly showed the strength and readiness of Pakistan’s military.
Maryam Nawaz said that hostile elements supported from Afghan territory have repeatedly failed in their attempts to harm Pakistan. She added that the armed forces acted quickly and decisively, leaving the attackers humiliated and defeated. According to her, every act of aggression from Afghanistan will face a strong and immediate answer.
Officials reported that military operations targeted several positions used by Afghan-based fighters. Check posts, equipment, and hideouts were destroyed to stop further attacks. Security sources said that drone attempts against Pakistani positions were also repelled, proving the army’s strong defense system.
