If America cannot confront Iran, it should not mess with China either, says Belarusian President

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko warned the United States against confronting China and Iran at the same time. He said if the US cannot handle Iran, it should avoid tensions with China. His remarks came during an interview with Russian media.

Moreover, Lukashenko said the United States is not as powerful as it claims to be. He argued that recent conflicts have exposed US limitations. Therefore, he believes Washington should rethink its global military strategy.

In addition, he claimed the US mainly focuses on controlling oil and gas resources. He said this goal drives many of its foreign policy decisions. As a result, he accused Washington of pursuing economic interests through military influence.

Finally, he criticized Western human rights claims and accused the US of double standards. He mentioned civilian casualties in foreign conflicts as evidence.
