Anti-Terrorism Court Issues Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur and Others

Lahore – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. The action comes in connection with a case related to a protest held by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on October 5 in Lahore, during which police were allegedly assaulted.
The order was issued by ATC Admin Judge Manzar Ali Gul, who also directed non-bailable arrest warrants for other PTI leaders, including Hammad Azhar, Saeed Sandhu, and Shahbaz Ahmed.
According to police, the accused, including Gandapur, have repeatedly failed to appear for investigation despite multiple summonses. Authorities stated that the absence of the accused is obstructing the progress of the case.
