Balochistan Operations Kill 18 Indian-Supported Terrorists

QUETTA: Pakistani security forces killed at least 18 Indian-sponsored terrorists in three separate operations across Balochistan on Wednesday. The operations were based on intelligence reports about terrorist hideouts. The first operation occurred in the Gaza Band area, near Quetta, where 10 terrorists were killed. Two security personnel were injured in the intense exchange of fire.
The other two operations took place in the Zhob and Sherani districts. In these areas, eight more terrorists were killed by the security forces. All of the terrorists were linked to attacks in the region. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from their possession. These militants had been involved in multiple acts of terrorism.
The first group targeted belonged to the “Fitna-al-Khawarij” network. Security forces surrounded their location and engaged with precise force. The operation was swift but deadly for the terrorists. The security team acted on confirmed intelligence. Their quick response helped neutralize a major threat near Quetta.
This comes a day after five terrorists, including a suicide bomber, were killed in Quetta. That earlier attack was linked to the group “Fitna al-Hindustan,” also supported by India. The suicide blast happened near Jinnah Road. Terrorists wore Frontier Corps (FC) uniforms to disguise themselves. Two FC personnel were injured in the incident.
Pakistan’s security forces remain committed to ending foreign-sponsored terrorism. Officials said such operations would continue without pause. The goal is to eliminate all threats across Balochistan and beyond. The nation stands united against external interference. Justice will be served to all involved in terrorism, sources added.
