Ex-Ministers in KP Still Hold Onto Government Vehicles

Many official vehicles are still in the possession of former ministers of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet, despite instructions to return them. Several ex-ministers have not yet complied with the orders, and the issue of official vehicles still with former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet members remains unresolved.
According to sources, 11 former cabinet members have not returned a single government vehicle so far. One former minister is using 8 vehicles, while another has 5 in his possession. Three other ex-ministers each have 3 government vehicles with them.

Some former ministers claim they spent personal money on the maintenance of these vehicles. Others are hoping to be reappointed to the cabinet and want to keep using the same vehicles if they regain their positions.
Chief Minister Sohaib Afridi has issued clear instructions to return all official vehicles immediately. However, most former ministers have not followed these directions. Former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and ex-minister Fakhar Jehan are among the few who have returned their vehicles.

The situation shows poor compliance with rules, as official vehicles still with former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet members are being used without justification or approval.
