Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to visit Pakistan on November 25

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko is set to visit Pakistan on November 25 in a bid to strengthen bilateral relations and explore new avenues of cooperation, diplomatic sources confirmed on Sunday.
The visit, which will include a series of high-level meetings, is expected to focus on expanding ties in trade, agriculture, security, and defence. During his stay, President Lukashenko will meet with key Pakistani leaders, including President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and senior military officials.
One of the major outcomes of the visit will be the signing of the Pakistan-Belarus Trade Roadmap, aimed at boosting bilateral commerce. Additionally, discussions are expected to revolve around modern farming techniques and Belarus’s expertise in agricultural machinery, with a particular focus on the tractor manufacturing sector.
Several agreements are anticipated to be finalised, fostering collaboration across various sectors and paving the way for stronger economic and strategic ties between the two countries. Pakistan has shown particular interest in Belarus’s experience in agriculture, seeking to enhance domestic production with the help of advanced equipment and technologies.
