ISLAMABAD: The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has once again opened its doors for the registration of deserving families across Pakistan, aiming to expand the reach of its flagship social protection initiative, Benazir Kafaalat.

Established in 2008, BISP serves as the country’s primary tool to combat poverty and empower financially vulnerable households. The Benazir Kafaalat program provides Rs. 13,500 in quarterly cash support to qualifying families.

How to Qualify

To ensure transparency and fairness, families are required to undergo a dynamic survey at their nearest BISP registration centre. This updated process collects socio-economic information to verify that only truly deserving individuals are included.

8171 Eligibility Confirmation

Once the survey is completed, applicants will receive an SMS from 8171, confirming whether they are eligible for the program. This message serves as the official notification of their inclusion in the financial assistance network.
