The bodies of three Pakistani nationals who died in Iran have been brought back to Pakistan, officials confirmed. The young men had reportedly become trapped in a snowstorm while traveling, leading to their tragic deaths. After official procedures and identification, the bodies of three Pakistanis brought from Iran were handed over to their families upon arrival in the country.

Following identification, Asghar Ali and Abdul Wasit were laid to rest by their families. However, complications arose regarding the third body, which was brought to Gujranwala under the name Hamza Ahsan. His family refused to confirm the identity, stating that the body did not belong to their son.

Hamza Ahsan’s mother, in a media interview, said the body handed over to them was not her child. She appealed to senior authorities to properly locate and return her son’s body. The situation has caused distress and raised concerns about the identification process.
