Eid holidays cancelled for Finance Ministry Staff — Only One Day Off

Lahore: Due to ongoing preparations for the upcoming federal budget, Eid holidays for employees of the Ministry of Finance have been cancelled.
According to ministry sources, staff involved in budget work will get only one day off — June 7 — for Eid. They will be required to work on June 6, 8, and 9 to meet budget deadlines.
Sources added that the National Economic Survey is expected to be presented on June 9 at 2:30 PM, while the official budget date remains unchanged.
