Karachi’s education authorities have announced a final round of applications for students who missed first-year admissions. The window will remain open until November 23, offering a last chance for those still seeking placement. This opportunity is specifically for vacant seats in colleges across the city.
Professor Naveed Al-Rab, a key official in the process, confirmed that admissions would be strictly based on the availability of seats. He advised students not to request specific colleges, as allocations will depend on where vacancies exist.
Applicants must first obtain approval from their respective education boards before submitting their applications, ensuring the process runs smoothly. This step is essential for avoiding delays and complications during the final round of admissions.
To date, more than 115,000 students have already been admitted to colleges in Karachi. With regular enrollment complete, this final phase aims to accommodate students who have been left without placement.
Professor Naveed emphasized that this is a “last chance” for students to secure a college seat. He urged all remaining applicants to submit their applications before the deadline of November 23.
