From selling tea to earning 200 crores: The inspiring journey of Indian actor

Yash, a well-known South Indian actor and KGF series hero has become a global sensation. Before entering the film industry, he worked hard selling tea and earned only 50 rupees every day.
The success of KGF films, which grossed over 1500 crores, made Yash one of the top actors in India. However, his journey wasn’t easy. Coming from a humble background as the son of a bus driver, Yash left home at 16 to chase his dreams. He started in the Kannada film industry as an assistant director, but his first project ended quickly.
In Bangalore, Yash worked behind the scenes in a drama troupe while doing small jobs like selling tea. He also completed his education during this time. His first acting role was in the TV serial Nanda Gokula, where he met his future wife, Radhika Pandit. Yash made his film debut in 2008 with Rocky.
His big break came with the romantic comedy Modala Sala, followed by successful films like Googly and Mr. and Mrs. Ramachari. In 2018, KGF: Chapter 1 made over 250 crores at the box office. KGF: Chapter 2 in 2022 broke records, earning 1250 crores.
The success of KGF has brought Yash international fame, and he’s now signed for a high-budget film with Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi. Reports say Yash is also co-producing the film and is earning 200 crores.
