Gold prices surge as 24-karat gold increases by Rs2,900 per tola.

The price of 24-karat gold saw a significant rise on Friday, increasing by Rs2,900 per tola, and was sold at Rs289,600 per tola, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association. This is up from Rs286,700 on the previous trading day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also experienced an increase, rising by Rs2,486 to reach Rs248,285, up from Rs247,799. The price of 10-gram 22-karat gold also went up, climbing to Rs227,603 from Rs225,323.

Silver prices also saw an upward trend, with the price of per tola silver increasing by Rs31, reaching Rs3,432. The price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs27, settling at Rs2,942.

The international market also reflected a rise in gold prices, with the price of gold increasing by $29 to $2,772, up from $2,743, as reported by the Association.
