A heated argument took place during the PTI parliamentary party meeting as the internal details of the session emerged. According to sources, members exchanged strong words during the meeting, which brought attention to tensions within the party leadership.
Sources said that Shahid Khattak and Senator Zarqa had a sharp exchange of words. Shahid Khattak allegedly accused Senator Zarqa of taking money and questioned why she was present at the meeting. The accusation created tension among the members attending the session.
Barrister Ali Zafar reportedly became upset after the allegation against Senator Zarqa. He warned that he would boycott the meeting if party members continued to disrespect each other. Several members of the National Assembly and senators also criticized Shahid Khattak, saying that he was crossing limits with his remarks.

Senator Zarqa responded by saying that she had already received a notice and submitted her reply. She added that if the party leadership was not satisfied with her explanation, they could have removed her from the party. During the discussion, Barrister Gohar Ali also remarked that while there is a war involving Iran outside, a separate dispute was taking place inside the meeting.
At the end of the session, Barrister Gohar said there was concern about the health of the PTI founder and that nearly 100 members had expressed their reservations. He added that the party would present a resolution in the National Assembly regarding the issue and also discuss a resolution about the situation in Iran. Despite the strong arguments, he insisted that the PTI parliamentary party meeting did not involve any serious conflict and such disagreements sometimes occur among colleagues.
