India defeated Sri Lanka in a thrilling Super Over win during the last match of the Asia Cup Super 4 stage. The match, played in Dubai, was full of excitement as both teams showed strong performances.
India batted first and scored 202 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their 20 overs. In reply, Sri Lanka also made 202 runs with the loss of 5 wickets, making the match end in a tie.

As the game moved to the Super Over, Sri Lanka could only score 2 runs while losing 2 wickets. India easily chased the target by scoring 3 runs and secured the victory.
India’s batting was led by Abhishek Sharma, who scored 61 runs. Tilak Varma remained not out with 49 runs, while Sanju Samson added 39 and Axar Patel made 21 runs. For Sri Lanka, Pathum Nissanka played brilliantly and scored a century to tie the match.
