Indian Actor Kalabhavan Navas Found Dead in Kerala Hotel Room

Popular Malayalam actor and comedian Kalabhavan Navas was found dead in a hotel room in Kerala. He was there for his upcoming film “Prakambanam.” Hotel staff discovered him unresponsive when he failed to check out on time.

According to Indian media, Navas was staying in the hotel during the shoot of his new movie. When he didn’t leave his room, hotel staff entered and found him unconscious. He was rushed to a hospital, but doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Local police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Officials believe he possibly died of a heart attack. However, a final cause of death will be known after the post-mortem report is released.

Kalabhavan Navas began his acting career in 1995 with the film “Chitthamayam.” He starred in popular Malayalam films like “Mettupetti Machan,” “Junior Mandrake,” and “Amma Ammayi Amma.” He was well known for his comic roles and stage performances.

News of his sudden death spread quickly across social media. Fans and celebrities expressed deep sorrow and condolences. Many called him a bright star of stage and cinema who left too soon.
