Iran Launches Major Missile Attack on Israel Following US Strikes

Tensions in the Middle East have escalated sharply as Iran launched a significant missile attack on Israel in retaliation for recent US airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites.
According to Iranian media, around 40 missiles struck key locations in Tel Aviv, Haifa, and other cities. Sirens reportedly sounded in over 400 areas, and multiple explosions were heard across the country.
For the first time, Iran deployed its advanced Kheibar Shekan missiles, which are designed to evade radar systems mid-flight. Iranian sources claimed the missiles reached their targets before Israel’s early warning systems could activate.
Initial reports indicate that 24 people have been killed and 86 injured in Israel. Israeli military officials confirmed ongoing missile strikes from the north and central regions.
Footage aired by Iranian state television appeared to show the launch of the Kheibar Shekan missile aimed at Israeli targets. Iranian sources also reported that Ben Gurion Airport, military bases, and research facilities were among the sites hit.
Iranian officials warned that more advanced missile systems could be used in future attacks if hostilities continue.
