Islamabad Bar condemns executive interference in judiciary

The Supreme Court case against the transfer of three judges, which was filed by five judges, has received complete support from the Islamabad Bar Association.
The transfer of judges without proper procedure or a fresh oath was denounced in a statement by the secretary bar and president of the Islamabad Bar, Naeem Gujar.
They also condemned the executive branch’s meddling in legal affairs. The Supreme Court must consider the appeal and overturn the judges’ transfers, according to the Islamabad Bar.
