Arrest Warrants for 50 PTI Leaders
An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has issued arrest warrants for 50 leaders from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party. The case is related to events linked to the Karachi Company police station. The court order came from Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain during a recent hearing.

The warrants target many senior PTI leaders. Names include former President Arif Alvi, Hammad Azhar, Shibli Faraz, and Shandana Gulzar. Other notable figures are Kanwal Shauzab, Sher Afzal Marwat, and Faisal Javed.

The list also features Salman Akram Raja, Zulfikar Bukhari, Murad Saeed, and Raja Basharat. More leaders like Khadija Shah, Aliya Hamza, and Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri are also included. Many of these individuals served in top roles within PTI or the previous government.

Additional arrest warrants were issued for prominent members like Asad Qaiser, Umar Ayub, Zartaj Gul, and Azam Swati. Leaders from across various provinces, including former lawmakers and advisors, are now facing legal action. The court wants the police to carry out arrests and report back.

This move comes as part of a wider crackdown on PTI leaders after recent political unrest. The government continues to pursue legal action against those involved in past protests or violence.
