Karachi Likely to Experience Hot and Humid Weather in the Next 24 Hours

The Meteorological Department has forecast that Karachi will experience hot and humid weather during the next 24 hours, increasing discomfort for residents across the city.

According to the weather report, the minimum temperature recorded in the city was 29 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to rise to 36 degrees Celsius during the day.

Weather experts noted that high humidity levels can make the temperature feel warmer than the actual reading, causing increased heat stress for people outdoors.

The department also stated that strong winds are likely to blow throughout the day, which may provide slight relief from the intense heat.

Humidity in Karachi has been recorded at 72 percent, indicating significant moisture in the air and contributing to the sticky weather conditions.

Residents are advised to avoid unnecessary exposure to direct sunlight, especially during peak afternoon hours, and to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
