Lahore High Court Grants Pre-Arrest Bail to Salman Haider in TikToker Ayesha Jutt Case

An important development has taken place in the alleged assault case involving TikToker Ayesha Jutt.

According to reports, the Lahore High Court heard the pre-arrest bail plea of accused Salman Haider. Justice Jawad Zafar conducted the hearing, while lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq appeared on behalf of the accused.

During the hearing, the court enquired whether the charges against the accused were valid. Police officials informed the court that Salman Haider was not required for arrest at this stage.

Justice Jawad Zafar remarked that if no arrest was needed, then the nature and status of the case must be clarified.

After reviewing the arguments from both sides and examining the case record, the court approved Salman Haider’s pre-arrest bail.
