Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has appointed Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Muhammad Saeed as the new Chairman of the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), following approval from the federal cabinet.
Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Saeed met with the Prime Minister, who congratulated him on the appointment and extended best wishes for his success. The Prime Minister expressed confidence that he would perform his duties with dedication and excellence.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar was also present during the meeting.
