Mohsin Naqvi Briefs US Envoy on Indian Aggression

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday briefed the Acting US Envoy to Pakistan about India’s ongoing aggression following the Pahalam incident.
This was the second high-level meeting between the two sides in 48 hours, amid rising tensions in South Asia.
During the meeting, the tense situation along the Pakistan-India border was discussed in detail. The interior minister informed the US envoy about the Indian drone attacks, which resulted in the deaths of several innocent Pakistanis. He stated that India had openly violated international laws.
Mohsin Naqvi confirmed that Pakistan’s armed forces successfully shot down all drones fired by India. He emphasised that India’s provocations are the main reason for the tension.
