NADRA Expands Biker Service in Karachi, Offers More Convenience to Citizens

Karachi: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has expanded its biker service in Karachi to provide greater convenience to the city’s residents. The number of biker service units has been increased from three to eight, allowing more people to access essential identity services from the comfort of their homes.

According to Aamir Ali Khan, NADRA’s Director General for Karachi Region, citizens across all districts of Karachi can now use the biker service to renew their Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs), apply for B-Forms, and avail themselves of other services at their doorstep.

He further mentioned that a roadshow was organised in Karachi to promote the “Pak ID” mobile app. Awareness campaigns have also been launched in universities, schools, shopping malls, and various public places to encourage people to use the app.

Aamir Ali Khan added that the Pak ID software has been upgraded, with technical issues successfully resolved, ensuring a smoother user experience for applicants.

He also shared that a large-scale awareness campaign is planned in the coming months to further increase the use of the Pak ID app among the general public.
