New Zealand crushes Pakistan by 115 runs in 4th T20

WELLINGTON: New Zealand delivered a commanding performance, securing a resounding 115-run victory over Pakistan in the 4th T20I of the series. Pakistan, chasing a daunting target of 221, was bundled out for just 105 runs in 16.2 overs, falling significantly short.
Opting to bowl first, Pakistan struggled to contain New Zealand’s aggressive batting lineup. The hosts posted an impressive 220/6 in 20 overs, with Michael Bracewell leading the charge with 46 off 26 balls, supported by Daryl Mitchell’s steady 29 off 23 deliveries. Haris Rauf was Pakistan’s best bowler, picking up 3 wickets for 27 runs, while Shaheen Shah Afridi went wicketless, conceding 49 runs.
Pakistan’s batting lineup collapsed under pressure, failing to build partnerships. Abdul Samad fought hard with a resilient 44 off 28 balls but lacked support from the other batters. New Zealand’s bowling attack dominated, with Zakary Foulkes taking 3 wickets for 25 runs, while Ish Sodhi claimed the final wicket to wrap up the innings.
