Young opener Hasan Nawaz was the star of the night, smashing an unbeaten 105 off just 45 balls in only his third international match. His explosive innings featured 10 fours and 7 sixes, helping Pakistan achieve their highest-ever successful run chase against New Zealand. He was well supported by Salman Agha, who contributed a steady 51 off 31 balls. The duo shared an unbeaten 133-run partnership to take Pakistan over the finish line with ease.

Earlier, New Zealand posted a competitive total of 204 runs, but Pakistan’s aggressive batting completely overpowered the hosts. Hasan Nawaz sealed the win in style with consecutive boundaries, bringing up his maiden T20I century and Pakistan’s victory with 24 balls to spare.
