Former Olympian Manzoor ul Hassan has emerged as a strong candidate for the senior manager position.

Additionally, Olympians Hanif Khan and Shahnaz Sheikh are also being considered for managerial roles.

Pakistan Hockey Team Qualifies For World Cup After 8 Years

Khawaja Junaid is likely to continue as head coach, while further appointments in the coaching staff are under discussion.

Names such as Salman Akbar and Adnan Zakir are being considered for coaching roles, both of whom have extensive coaching experience in Europe.

It is important to note that the next phase of the Pro Hockey League will take place in Belgium in June, where Pakistan will play two matches each against Belgium and Spain, while the World Cup will also be held in Europe.
