Pakistan Navy to host 9th AMAN exercise in February

The Pakistan Navy is set to host the 9th edition of the AMAN Exercise and the inaugural AMAN Dialogue next month, marking a significant milestone in international maritime cooperation.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the international exercise, “AMAN 2025,” will take place from February 7 to 11. The event is expected to attract around 120 delegations from across the globe, underscoring the international importance of the exercise.

In addition to the exercise, the first-ever International AMAN Dialogue will be held, bringing together senior military leadership from around the world to discuss a joint strategy for addressing regional security challenges and maritime threats.

The AMAN 2025 event is poised to be one of the largest and most historic military activities in the region, with over 4,000 participants involved in the naval exercise and dialogue.

The opening ceremony of AMAN 2025 will be held at the Pakistan Navy Dockyard, where various military personnel, including Pakistan Marines and the Special Service Group (Navy), will showcase counter-terrorism capabilities during the peace-focused exercise.
