Pakistan Railway announces special Eid train schedule

Islamabad: Pakistan Railways has unveiled its schedule for special Eid trains to accommodate travellers during the festive season. The initiative aims to ensure smooth and convenient transportation for people returning home to celebrate Eid with their families.
According to an official notification, five special trains will operate on key routes across the country, providing additional travel options amid the holiday rush.
Eid special train schedule:
- First Eid Special Train: Karachi to Lahore – Departure on March 26
- Second Eid Special Train: Quetta to Peshawar – Departure on March 26 at 10:00 AM
- Third Eid Special Train: Karachi to Rawalpindi – Departure on March 27 at 8:00 AM
- Fourth Eid Special Train: Karachi to Lahore – Departure on March 27 at 8:30 AM
- Fifth Eid Special Train: Karachi to Lahore – Departure on March 29
The special trains will feature economy class, AC business, and AC standard coaches to cater to passengers with different travel preferences.
