Pakistan Railways to Launch New High-Tech Business Train on July 19

Lahore: Pakistan Railways is set to launch a state-of-the-art business train on July 19 as part of its ongoing modernisation initiative to enhance passenger experience and rail services nationwide.

According to official details, the new high-tech business train will feature 28 digitally equipped coaches, free Wi-Fi access, and an international-standard dining car. The train promises a modern and comfortable journey for business-class travellers.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will formally inaugurate the new service in a special ceremony scheduled to be held in Lahore.

The initiative is part of Pakistan Railways’ broader efforts to revamp its operations. The modernisation plan includes the introduction of digital ticketing systems, improved onboard amenities, and upgraded railway station facilities, all aimed at ensuring better efficiency and passenger satisfaction.
