In the decisive match of the series underway in Perth, a brilliant performance by Pakistan’s pace attack led to the Australian team being bowled out for just 140 runs.

Five Australian batsmen were dismissed without reaching double figures: Jack Fraser was out for 7, Aaron Hardy for 7, and Josh Inglis also for 7. Batsman Cooper had to retire hurt after being struck on the hand, and aggressive batsman Glenn Maxwell replaced him at the crease but returned to the pavilion without scoring.

Marcus Stoinis was dismissed by Mohammed Hasnain for an individual score of 8, while Matthew Short, who scored 22 runs, was taken out by Haris Rauf. Adam Zampa fell to Naseem Shah after scoring 13 runs.

For Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah each claimed three wickets, while Haris Rauf took two and Mohammad Hasnain picked up one.
