Following India’s recent missile attacks on Pakistan, several prominent figures from Pakistan’s entertainment industry — including Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hania Aamir, Bilal Abbas, Ayeza Khan, Maya Ali, and others — have publicly condemned the aggression, calling it “shameful” and “cowardly.”
Fawad Khan urged restraint and called the attack disgraceful, while Mahira Khan stated, “India’s hatred and provocation is its own defeat. Hania Aamir expressed sorrow over the children killed in the bombing, calling it an act of “brutality, not strategy.”
Bilal Abbas termed the attack on innocent civilians a “crime against humanity,” and Ayeza Khan voiced her support for humanity and Pakistan. Other artists, including Dur-e-Fishan, Wahaj Ali, Osman Khalid Butt, and Farhan Saeed, also expressed solidarity.
Meanwhile, the Indian media’s accusations against Pakistani celebrities have led to the restriction of the Instagram accounts of Mahira Khan, Hania Aamir, Bilal Abbas, Ali Zafar, and others.
The attack claimed the lives of 26 Pakistani civilians, while in response, the Pakistan Army shot down five Indian fighter jets and one drone.
