PM Shehbaz Sharif lays foundation stone of Daanish School System in Azad Kashmir


Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif laid the foundation stone of the Daanish School System in Azad Kashmir.
Addressing the ceremony in Bhimbar, the Prime Minister expressed his joy over the establishment of the Daanish School in Azad Kashmir. He thanked the Azad Kashmir government for providing land for the project and said that the children of Azad Kashmir would acquire education and become exemplary Pakistanis.
He highlighted that the purpose of establishing Daanish Schools was to provide quality education to underprivileged children. The federal government would bear 100% of the expenses for these schools. PM Shehbaz Sharif also announced plans to lay the foundation stone for Daanish Schools in Poonch and Neelum soon. He stated that the construction of the Bhimber Daanish School would be completed within a year, and similar schools would be established in Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and the merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Shehbaz Sharif noted that the Daanish School System was initiated under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif in Punjab. He added that 90% of the students from Punjab’s Daanish Schools achieve A-grades, and graduates from these schools render services in various fields.
Speaking about the increasing atrocities by Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir, the Prime Minister said that the valley had been stained red with the blood of innocent Kashmiris. He added that the people of Occupied Kashmir were fighting for their freedom and assured that Pakistan would continue its diplomatic and moral support for their cause.
