Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Embarks on Official Visit to Belarus

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif left for a two-day official visit to the Republic of Belarus on Thursday, April 10, 2025. The visit comes at the invitation of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
Accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Fatemi, the visit aims to further boost cooperation between the two countries.
During his stay in Belarus, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to hold important talks with President Lukashenko. The discussions will focus on reviewing progress in existing areas of mutual interest and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
Additionally, both sides are expected to sign multiple agreements aimed at expanding cooperation in various fields, including trade, economy, technology, and cultural exchange.
