PTI decides to expel MNA Sher Afzal Marwat from the party

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to expel its leader, Sher Afzal Marwat, from the party, according to sources. PTI’s top leadership has instructed party members to revoke Sher Afzal Marwat’s basic membership.

Sources indicate that the party leadership will soon issue a notification regarding the termination of Marwat’s membership. Following this, he will be asked to resign from his National Assembly seat.

This decision was made after party leaders raised concerns about Sher Afzal Marwat’s role in a recent rally in Swabi and complained to PTI’s founder. According to sources, the leadership took immediate action in response to these complaints.
