Punjab assembly resolution to ban PTI following violent protests

A resolution demanding the banning of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was introduced in the Punjab Assembly by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Hina Pervaiz Butt. The resolution strongly condemned PTI’s actions, particularly the party’s involvement in violent protests and alleged attacks on the Federation.

In light of these events, the resolution calls for immediate action against PTI, labelling the party as an extremist organisation, and urges the government to prevent further harm and ensure public safety.
