Punjab Boards Announce Intermediate Annual Examination Schedule for 2026

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Punjab has officially announced the schedule for the Intermediate Annual Examinations 2026, which will be conducted across the province under a unified academic calendar.
According to the notification, Intermediate Part II (Class 12) examinations will commence on May 5, 2026, while Intermediate Part I (Class 11) exams will begin from May 24, 2026.
A senior BISE official stated that the examination dates were finalized in line with the provincial academic calendar to ensure smooth conduct and timely declaration of results.
As all educational boards in Punjab follow a common examination framework, the announced dates will apply uniformly to Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, and other boards across the province.
Officials added that maintaining a unified schedule helps align admissions, result timelines, and academic planning of higher education institutions.
Traditionally, Punjab boards announce Intermediate exam schedules after finalizing the matriculation examinations to efficiently manage administrative and logistical arrangements.
Students have been advised to continue their preparations, while roll number slips, detailed date sheets, and examination center information will be issued closer to the exam dates.
