Punjab Celebrates Punjabi Culture Day with Traditional Zeal

LAHORE – The province of Punjab came alive with vibrant colours and cultural pride on Monday as Punjabi Culture Day was celebrated across government departments, schools, and art councils with traditional enthusiasm.

Government employees marked the occasion by donning traditional Punjabi attire, with officials seen proudly wearing Punjabi turbans as a symbol of the region’s rich cultural heritage.

Festivities were held at art councils throughout the province, where various events showcased Punjabi music, dance, folk art, and traditional crafts. The celebrations aimed to promote and preserve the deep-rooted traditions and values of Punjabi culture.

Schools across Punjab also took part in the cultural day, with students and teachers participating in activities that highlighted the province’s history, language, and folklore.
