Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz proposes partnership with Turkey in education sector

Multan: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has expressed a strong interest in establishing a partnership with Turkey in the education sector, emphasizing the importance of strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.

 

Speaking at a ceremony in Multan, CM Maryam Nawaz praised Turkey for its ongoing cooperation in educational initiatives. She highlighted the historical and brotherly relationship between Pakistan and Turkey, noting that the bond between the two nations has only grown stronger over the years.

“Pakistan and Turkey share a deep and enduring friendship, and it is our shared commitment to further enhance our collaboration in the education sector,” said the Chief Minister.

During her visit to Multan, CM Maryam Nawaz also visited the Multan University of Science and Technology (MUST), where she laid the foundation stone for the new girls’ hostel. The hostel, which will offer 119 residential rooms, is set to provide state-of-the-art facilities for female students, including a mess hall, gymnasium, entertainment lounge, and five administrative offices.

Additionally, the Chief Minister toured various departments of the university and visited the modern Google classrooms and digital library, which are part of the university’s efforts to enhance its educational infrastructure.
