Rare Quranic manuscripts stolen from Quetta’s Jabal-e-Noor

Over 120 rare and ancient copies of the Holy Quran were stolen from the renowned Jabale Noorul Quran shrine in Quetta. The incident occurred after unidentified thieves broke into the building, shattered glass showcases, and took the priceless manuscripts.
Among the stolen items were Quranic manuscripts over 600 years old, part of a treasured collection at the famous “Mountain of Light” site. These rare copies held immense religious, historical, and cultural value.
A case has been registered at Barori Police Station, and authorities have launched an investigation to recover the stolen manuscripts and apprehend the culprits.
