Senate and National Assembly convene for key sessions today

Today (Monday), the Senate and National Assembly sessions are planned.
The Senate session would start at 4 PM, according to the official announcement, and its 36-point program would include standing committee reports, a resolution of condolence for Prince Karim Aga Khan, and a number of measures.
The National Assembly session, which has a 17-point program, is scheduled to start at 5 PM.
According to the agenda, the Interior Minister would propose changes to the Pakistan Coast Guards Act and the Prevention of Smuggling of Migrants Act, the Law Minister would offer a bill amending the civil courts ordinance, and the Immigration Act would also be modified.
