Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik has responded to criticism regarding his reported five-million-rupee salary, especially after Pakistan’s disappointing performance in the ICC Champions Trophy.
Addressing the backlash, Malik stated that he was already earning this amount before taking on the role and remains dedicated to improving the team. He urged critics to “do their homework” and assured that detailed reports have been submitted to the PCB to address key issues in the squad.
