Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori announces PKR 10 million reward for Pakistan cricket team

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori has announced a reward of PKR 10 million for the Pakistani cricket team if they emerge victorious against India in the upcoming Champions Trophy match.
In a video statement, Governor Tessori shared his excitement about the high-stakes match, stating, “I am in London, but my heart and mind are focused on the Pakistan-India clash in Dubai.” He expressed confidence in the national team’s ability and hoped they would make the nation proud with their performance.
Governor Tessori emphasised that while winning or losing is part of the game, displaying true sportsmanship is crucial. However, he added that if Pakistan secures victory over India, he will personally award the team with PKR 10 million as a token of appreciation.
He concluded by affirming, “The entire nation, including myself, is praying for victory. The players should give their best—InshaAllah, we will win!”
