Sindh High Court orders accused Armaghan’s transfer to ATC

The Sindh High Court (SHC) granted the accused Armaghan’s request to be placed under physical remand on Tuesday. Armaghan was detained in connection with the murder of young Mustafa Amir.
The SHC ordered police to immediately bring the accused before the anti-terrorism court (ATC) and postponed the ATC’s decision.
The court asked about the accused’s custody at the start of the session.
The FIR pertaining to Mustafa’s kidnapping was read out by the assistant prosecutor general in response. Mustafa was abducted on January 6, according to the APG.
