Tragedy in Nowshera: JUI-S Leader Martyred in Mosque Blast!

A powerful explosion during Friday prayers at Darul Uloom Haqqania, Akora Khattak has resulted in the martyrdom of JUI-S leader Maulana Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani along with four others.

Several people sustained injuries and are being shifted to nearby hospitals for medical treatment. Rescue teams and local police are actively engaged in relief efforts, while security forces have cordoned off the area to ensure safety and conduct investigations.

Following the tragic incident, the Peshawar Commissioner has declared a medical emergency in the region. All hospitals have been directed to provide immediate medical aid, ensuring the availability of doctors, paramedics, and medicine. Medical staff in Peshawar Division have been placed on high alert to deal with the emergency situation.
