Trump hosts Iftar dinner, thanks Muslim Community for election support

U. S. President Donald Trump hosted an Iftar dinner at the White House, with a large turnout from the Muslim community.

In his address at the Iftar dinner, Trump highlighted the tradition of Iftar during Ramadan as a symbol of sharing joy and spreading the message of peace. He acknowledged the importance and profound teachings of Ramadan, describing it as a season of spiritual growth and worship.

President Trump thanked the Muslim community, emphasizing that he is fulfilling his campaign promises and expressing gratitude for the support of Muslim voters. He also touched on his diplomatic efforts in the Middle East, calling the Abraham Accords a significant milestone that helped restore relations between Israel and Arab nations, contributing to peace in the region.

Pakistani Ambassador to the U.S., Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, was also present at the Iftar dinner.
