U.S. President Donald Trump strongly criticized India and Russia in a recent post on Truth Social. He referred to their economies as “dead” and said he doesn’t care what they do with each other. Trump’s comments reflect growing frustration with global trade dynamics, especially involving key geopolitical players.

He emphasized that the U.S. has done very little business with India due to its extremely high tariffs. Trump claimed India imposes the highest trade tariffs in the world, making fair trade nearly impossible. He also stated that U.S.-Russia trade is almost non-existent and should remain that way.

In the same post, Trump warned former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev for his recent remarks. Trump said Medvedev needs to control his language and accused him of crossing dangerous lines. The warning suggests rising tensions between U.S. political figures and Russian leadership.

Trump also commented on Canada’s recognition of Palestine, saying it complicates any future trade agreements with Canada. His position reflects a firm stance on aligning trade with foreign policy priorities. The statement drew mixed reactions from political analysts.

Previously, Trump had expressed interest in developing oil resources in Pakistan through a potential trade deal. He hinted that Pakistan could one day sell oil to India, suggesting a future shift in regional energy politics. His unpredictable foreign trade commentary continues to spark global debate.
