U.S. President Donald Trump signaled talks with Iran after threatening war resumption, offering a more positive tone. He said phone negotiations with Iran are ongoing. This statement came after earlier warnings about restarting military action.

He stated that Iran must not possess nuclear weapons. He also said Iran would need to acknowledge defeat. According to him, the United States has nearly achieved its objectives in the conflict.

Furthermore, Trump claimed that 82 percent of Iran’s missiles were destroyed. He also said that 159 naval vessels were sunk. In addition, he argued that Iran’s currency has lost most of its value due to the crisis.

Meanwhile, Trump revealed that he spoke with Vladimir Putin by phone. They discussed both Iran and Ukraine during the conversation. He emphasized that Russia must first end its own war before helping stop other conflicts.
