US Ceasefire

New details have emerged regarding ceasefire proposals reportedly presented by the United States to Iran amid escalating tensions in the region.

According to international media reports, the proposals include halting Iran’s nuclear and missile programs as a key condition for moving toward de-escalation and long-term stability.

The plan also calls for keeping the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz open to ensure uninterrupted global energy supplies and maritime trade.

Another major component of the proposals involves restricting Iran’s support for armed groups operating in different parts of the Middle East, which has long been a point of contention for Washington.

Additionally, the framework suggests enhanced monitoring of Iran’s nuclear activities by the International Atomic Energy Agency to ensure transparency and compliance.

In return, the United States has reportedly offered limited sanctions relief along with the possibility of civilian nuclear cooperation between the two countries.

Meanwhile, China has expressed support for diplomatic efforts led by Pakistan aimed at reducing tensions, while Egypt confirmed ongoing coordination with Pakistan, Turkey, and other regional partners to promote peace in the Middle East.
