Ibrahim Zadran sets record for most runs in Champions Trophy

Lahore: Afghanistan’s Ibrahim Zadran has set a new record for scoring the most runs in a single Champions Trophy edition.
During the eighth match of the tournament against England, Zadran played a remarkable innings, scoring 177 runs off 146 balls, including 12 fours and 6 sixes.
With this achievement, Zadran surpassed England’s Ben Duckett, who had previously held the record with 165 runs against Australia in the ongoing tournament.
